# Terms of Use

Welcome to *Light*! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the *Light* mobile application ("App"), a Solana wallet tracker available on iOS and Android. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

**1. Acceptance of Terms** By downloading, installing, or using the *Light* App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

**2. License to Use** We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

**3. User Accounts**

* You may be required to provide an email address to create an account.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
* You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

**4. Acceptable Use** You agree not to:

* Use the App for illegal purposes.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems.
* Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
* Reverse engineer or decompile the App.

**5. Wallet Information** The App allows you to track Solana wallet addresses. You are solely responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of your wallet information.

**6. Subscriptions and Payments**

* Certain features may require a subscription.
* Subscription terms, pricing, and payment details will be presented within the App.
* Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

**7. Third-Party Services** The App may include integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance or terms of use.

**8. Intellectual Property** All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by *Light* or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.

**9. Limitation of Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by law, *Light* shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

**10. Disclaimer of Warranties** The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

**11. Termination** We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

**12. Governing Law** These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

**13. Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email.
